St. Charles Police release new images of three parking lot robbers

St. Charles police released images Tuesday of the three men they believe robbed a male victim in the Pheasant Run parking lot on May 2.

In that robbery, two men approached the victim at around 2:48 p.m. and demanded his backpack. After the victim handed over his backpack, the two men got into a car driven by a third suspect and drove eastbound on Main Street, police said. The victim was not injured.

The two suspects who approached the victim were described as Hispanic men in their 20s, police said. One man, who was about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighed 160 pounds, was wearing a dark shirt, blue jeans and a dark hat. The other man was about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighed 140 pounds and had short hair, authorities said.

Police released images of all three men Tuesday afternoon.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the investigations section at (630) 377-4435 or 1-866-DRUG-COP. If the information leads to an arrest of one of these suspects the tipster could receive a $500 reward.
