How to give input on Des Plaines District 62 strategic plan

Des Plaines Elementary School District 62 is seeking community input on the proposed draft of a strategic plan.

"We have approached the final step of our journey," Interim Superintendent Paul E. Hertel said in a news release. "Thank you for the feedback provided thus far - whether it was electronically or spending time with us at the March forums. Your input is what has led to the creation of this draft strategic plan that will define the vision for the district. This is an exciting time in District 62."

A 10-15 minute online survey seeks input regarding each part of the strategic plan. It will remain open through May 6.

The survey is available in English and Spanish. To access the survey, visit: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/D62plan for English and https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/D62finalspanish for Spanish.

A draft of the plan will be shared with the board of education at the May 21 meeting.
