Marijuana focus group in Barrington needs participants

The Barrington Area Council on Aging is seeking participants for a special focus group on general and medical marijuana use in older adults on Tuesday, April 24. Set from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Garlands of Barrington's Eastlake Dining Room, 1000 Garlands Way, Barrington, those 50 and older are invited to participate in the focus group and address thoughts about the use of marijuana. BACOA is assisting the University of Illinois and the University of Iowa in conducting research surrounding pot use by older adults.
