Character Counts! awards for Dist. 220 teachers, student

Four Barrington Area Unit District 220 teachers and one high school student have received the 2018 Character Counts! award from the Barrington Junior Women's Club.

The award is given to community members who exemplify core values such as trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship.

Those receiving honor are Jeff Price of Barrington Middle School-Station Campus, Jeanne Morgan of Station campus, Kevin Kienzle at Arnett C. Lines Elementary School, Andrew Carter of Roslyn Road Elementary and Barrington High School senior Isaac Cheek.

An award ceremony will be held at Barrington village hall at 8 p.m. Monday, May 14.
