Naperville police: No one struck when shots fired

Naperville police are investigating a report of shots fired overnight on the 0-100 block of Olympus Drive, authorities said Monday.

No one was struck, Cmdr. Lou Cammiso said, but police had several officers on site Monday at a small apartment complex at Olympus and Washington Street.

Police did not immediately release details, but said there is "no current threat to the public," in a Naper Notify community alert sent at 9 a.m. Cammiso said police may be able to release more information Tuesday.

Officers ask anyone with information to call investigators at (630) 420-6726.
