CLC to host vets art fest

The College of Lake County will host the 2018 James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center's Veterans Creative Arts Festival on Thursday, March 1, at CLC's Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St. The event highlights the artwork, creative writing and musical talents of area veterans. Art categories include painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, wood, pottery and more. Performance categories include dance, drama, music acts and more. Veterans also may submit creative writing entries, including essays, poetry and short stories.
