Join Lake County Rising

Lake County Rising 2018, a global movement to end rape and sexual violence against women, will be Thursday, Feb. 15 at the Round Lake Beach Cultural and Civic Center, off Hook Drive west of Route 83. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with a community resource fair. The public meeting is intended to show victims of domestic violence or sexual assault they are not alone and there are those committed to ending the violence, organizers said.
