All-Canada travel show underway at Pheasant Run

Everything you need to know about a hunting or fishing trip to Canada can be found this weekend at Pheasant Run's Mega Center in St. Charles.

The 35th All-Canada Show - which opened Thursday and concludes Sunday - features 150 Canadian lodges under one roof - all ready to help hunting and fishing enthusiasts of all budget levels plan their outing.

"There is no retail aspect. This is strictly a travel show. If you are looking to book a Canadian fishing and lodging adventure, we are the way to go. It's a one-stop shop. This is the largest gathering of Canadian lodges in the U.S. You won't find 150 Canadian lodge owners in one building at one time," said Steve Cegielski, one of the owners of the All-Canada Show.

Show hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Tickets at the door are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and free to kids 17 and younger. Veterans are admitted free on Sunday. Discounted tickets ($8) are available at AllCanada.com.
