How to get a vote by mail application

Registered voters in Lake County including students away at school, traveling snowbirds, and those who will be out of town on Election Day can vote by mail. This option allows any registered voter to receive and mark a ballot at home or have one sent to a temporary alternate address, according to Lake County Clerk Carla Wyckoff. A short application form is required to be returned to the clerk's office by noon Thursday, March 15.

Visit the elections tab at LakeCountyClerk.info, by calling (847) 377-2406, or by emailing your name and address to VotingbyMail@lakecountyil.gov.
