Nobody injured in Bartlett house fire

Nobody was injured in a fire Saturday evening that left a Bartlett house uninhabitable, officials said.

Crews responded about 7 p.m. to the 200 block of Hawk Hollow Drive to find smoke coming from a two-story, single-family residence, according to a news release from the Bartlett Fire Protection District.

Firefighters got the blaze under control within about 10 minutes but stayed on the scene to ventilate the smoke and perform "overhaul activities," officials said.

A damage estimate was not immediately available. Bartlett fire officials are investigating the blaze.
