Special needs athletes take center court at Mundelein High

Students in adaptive physical education classes at Mundelein High School and Warren Township High School took to the court for a basketball game Friday.

Adaptive physical education classes are for students with disabilities.

The game was held at Mundelein High. Afterward, the Mundelein High students participated in an awards ceremony and had lunch with teachers and administrators.

This is the second year Mundelein High students participated in such a game. Last year, Lake Forest High hosted Mundelein.
