CLC culinary students serving final projects Dec. 1

Students in the College of Lake County's hospitality and culinary management program will serve their final projects Dec. 1 to raise money for scholarships at the student-run Cafe Willow on the Grayslake campus.

Guests will dine on smoked meats, sausages, pâtés and terrines prepared by students who've studied the art of French "cold kitchen" cooking. Students in CLC's advanced baking and pastry classes will serve breads and desserts. Beer, wine, signature cocktails and soft drinks will also be available for purchase.

Admission is $20 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. All proceeds benefit CLC's hospitality and culinary management student scholarships.

For tickets, call (847) 543-2047.
