Learn how to appeal taxes at Des Plaines seminar
Des Plaines residents can learn how to appeal property taxes during a seminar next week.
Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Dan Patlak, Des Plaines 5th Ward Alderman Carla Brookman and Maine Township Assessor Susan Moylan Krey are holding the event at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 1177 Howard Ave. in Des Plaines.
Participants will be able to fill out and submit tax appeal forms during the seminar.
