Cubs game outlook: Highest chance of rain ending, but still pack your poncho
After soggy conditions forced the Chicago Cubs to postpone a playoff game Tuesday, the scattered showers could continue into the afternoon for today's Game 4 against the Washington Nationals.
The highest chance of showers should be over by 11 a.m., according to the National Weather Service. But there's about a 30 percent chance of rain through the afternoon when the first pitch is scheduled for 3:08 p.m.
Temperatures are expected to top out at 59 degrees.
About 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen in the Chicago area over the past 24 hours.
