Police putting together pieces in Naperville truck hijacking

Naperville police are still probing details surrounding a short-lived truck hijacking at gunpoint.

A truck driver hauling a trailer with cars was reportedly accosted by a man holding a gun at Ogden Avenue and Fort Hill Drive at about 1:30 p.m. Friday.

A short time later, the suspect was gone but the truck and cars were found near Route 59 and North Aurora Road.

Police have located and interviewed everyone involved in the occurrence.

"These people knew each other, and (there) may have been some type of civil dispute," police Cmdr. Lou Camisso said Saturday.

"The investigation still continues, but there have been no arrests in this case."
