Cubs' trophy at COD

The Chicago Cubs' 2016 World Series Trophy will be on display from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at College of DuPage.

The occasion is the school's annual Food Truck Rally and Sunset 5K on the college's Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

Attendees will have the opportunity to take photos on a time-permitting and first-come, first-served basis. The first 500 fans will receive a wristband to ensure their ability to see the trophy. The trophy will be on display in the Physical Education Center arena.

The event features 19 popular mobile eateries from 2 to 7:30 p.m., and a Kid Zone that includes games, face painting and Touch-a-Truck.
