Routes 120, 173 fully reopened in Lake County

Routes 120 and 173 in Lake County are fully reopened after being closed in stretches since last week due to flooding, county transportation officials announced Monday evening.

Officials said the Monday evening commute was moving slowly, as drivers sought alternative routes home. The expect traffic conditions to improve as drivers begin to realize the two state highways are again available.
