Palatine parade emphasizes red, white and blue

The annual parade at the Palatine Jaycees Hometown Fest followed a one-mile route Saturday that began on Cedar Street and worked its way to Community Park.

Parade entries included Palatine organizations and businesses, village government officials, and the police and fire departments.
