District 211 seeks applicants for board vacancy

Following the resignation of Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 board member Lauanna Recker Wednesday, the rest of the board is actively seeking applicants for the rest of her term through April 2019.

Applicants must be registered voters at least 18 years of age, and have lived in the district at least one year.

Interested individuals should complete an application and submit it with a cover letter on or before 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 12 to Anna Klimkowicz, Board of Education Secretary, Township High School District 211, G.A. McElroy Administration Center, 1750 S. Roselle Road, Palatine IL 60067-7336.

Applications are available at the district's five high schools, the administration center or at adc.d211.org/board-of-education-vacancy.
