Groundbreaking for new Bartlett police station June 24

The village of Bartlett will host the official groundbreaking ceremony for its new police facility at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 24, in the main visitor parking lot outside village hall and the current police station at 228 S. Main St.

The new 48,982-square-foot facility will be located within the general vicinity of the current station and continue to be part of the overall Bartlett municipal complex.

The new building will be constructed in two phases, with completion anticipated in late 2018.
