Motors on Milwaukee show set for June 28
For the third consecutive year, Vernon Hills police officers Santos Rodriguez and Dan Mead have teamed with Sears Auto Center and BVG Motorsports to host Motors on Milwaukee Cruise Night, a monthly car show during summer. The next show is 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, at the Hawthorn Mall parking lot, lower level east of Sears along Route 21. Participants are asked to bring a new or gently used coat for the Midwest Veterans Closet and/or canned goods for the Vernon Township Food Pantry. Call (847) 362-4449.
