Lake Barrington farmers market returns June 6
Lake Barrington's weekly farmers market will make its season debut Tuesday, June 6.
Village officials said Market Place Shopping Center, at Route 59 and Kelsey Road, will be the farmers market site from 3 to 7 p.m. The market will feature an array of produce, locally sourced meat and poultry. It'll run into fall.
"This is a great opportunity for foodies, residents and families alike to support local businesses and promote healthy, source-conscious eating," Village President Kevin Richardson said.
