2018: Suburban restaurants gearing up for Easter brunch

It's almost Easter (Sunday, April 1, 2018). Do you have brunch reservations yet? If not, don't panic. Here are some suburban restaurants hosting Easter Sunday brunch, lunch and dinner. Besides filling up on decadent savory and sweet treats, you just might get to meet the Easter Bunny, too.
