El Tapeo's seasonal menu

El Tapeo's executive chef Matthew Cappellini introduces the restaurant's spring menu featuring new small plates, entrees, and more. Try the paella de diablo with spicy chorizo, shrimp, chicken, peas, peppers, onions and spicy aioli and entrees like the cerdo dulce that consists of orange honey-brined pork tenderloin, celery root puree, beer mustard, baby beets and more. Twisted Rose reopens

Twisted Rose recently reopened after a facelift from its former Wine and Roses iteration. The menu, which stays the same, includes favorites like the calamari steak, sizzling saganaki, London broil, Italian Angus burger, calzones, pizza and more. Aloha Poke Co. in Evanston

Aloha Poke Co. recently opened in Evanston offering bowls of fresh locally sourced toppings and sauces over high-quality fish. Signature bowls, priced from $7 to $10, start with ahi tuna, salmon or tofu. Add ingredients like seaweed, pineapple, avocado, fresh ginger, spring onions, jalapeƱos and more.
