Work together to solve problems, end discord

Every news cycle seems to bring forward yet another divisive issue, but polling shows that most Americans want their leaders in Washington to compromise to get things done. Volunteers from Citizens' Climate Lobby provide a welcome corrective to this angry partisanship. Just last week, over 1,200 citizens lobbied 500 congressional offices about a bipartisan solution to climate change. CCL members - from all points on the political spectrum - are working with all congressional offices - Democratic, Republican and independent - to bridge perceived differences to find a viable solution to this problem.

Citizens' Climate Lobby's approach of respectful listening, sharing information and discussing the issue of climate change with others provides a model for all of us, no matter what issue(s) we're concerned about.
