Roskam is at it again. He loves to extol the virtues of doing a telephone town hall. But it is run through his campaign office and thus is a campaign event, not a way in which he can represent his constituents. After a tense meeting in which I challenged Roskam on his poor environmental voting record, I stopped receiving the town hall phone calls. Despite signing up twice since, I did not get the April 17 call either. I suppose it doesn't matter, as I will be voting for Sean Casten, who shows up for events and listens to our constituency.
