Elgin needs online voting
There has been an extremely low voter turnout in Elgin, and the percentage of eligible voters that vote is constantly decreasing.
The city of Elgin should create online voting to resolve this issue and increase voter turnout. With the United States' technology innovating rapidly, validating an online voting system will not be a problem. Providing eligible voters with the opportunity to vote online is very convenient, and it will greatly increase voter turnout. Creating online voting will greatly reduce voter fraud.
