Show ID to vote

Due to a scheduling conflict on March 20, my wife and I decided to early vote for the first time in nearly 50 years. To my dismay, voting not close to our home, we weren't asked for any form of identification before we cast our votes. In a country that is ripe with fraud on both the state and federal levels, we both find not having to show any identification to do your most valued patriotic duty is appalling. You have to show ID to get on a plane or cash a check but not to vote. I want to be asked for ID when voting, and I want others to prove who they are, too.
