World just watching horrors in Syria

How long will the world dither and wring their hands while the unbelievable slaughter of innocents continues under the evil murderous animal from hell under Assad in Syria?

After all these years, hundreds of years, we sit and watch a psychopath murder his own people with barrel bombs and unrepentant use of weapons of mass destruction. Our humanity is injured when we can sit by and watch a man of such unimaginable viciousness murder his own people. Just because he is the ruler, does it also have to bow down to his savagery and murderous destruction of humans created in the image of God? Every nation that lets this go will have to answer one day to a loving God of all creation, who won't take kindly to the unimaginable horror the innocents in Syria are experiencing every day and have been for a number of years now. When will the world, the UN, or any nation step in to staunch this blood bath? God have mercy on the innocents, and may God serve Assasd with a payment for this horror that he can't cash, or survive any longer.

Tireless service to the community

I've had the pleasure of knowing Linda Starkey for over eight years. In that time I've not only witnessed her diligence, dedication and attention to detail in all of her community efforts but I've also been witness to a tireless volunteer whose efforts can sincerely be felt "communities" wide.

I've watched Linda as a committed public servant, embracing challenges, managing large endeavors and diplomatically serving her constituents. Linda takes the initiative of being well versed and thoroughly prepared for whatever she sinks her teeth into, and it shows when bringing her committee level work to fruition and reviewing topics at hand at board meetings. It is rare not to see Linda in the public eye making a difference. Her actions speak louder than words and the true impact she has literally makes a difference in the quality of life in a community.

I support Linda Starkey whole heartedley to be our Lake County Board Representative as she is the most qualified and dedicated to make a difference.
