California fails to protect law-abiding citizens

The Steinle family's daughter Kate was murdered a second time by a San Francisco jury. Jurors evidently prefer political correctness to the safety and security of our children - murdered, in this case, at the hands of a repeat-offending criminal illegal immigrant.

That state and city's offer of sanctuary to criminal immigrants abets future such atrocities: reinforced behavior - misdeeds not punished/penalized - continue and grow. California is at war with legal citizens and refuses to protect them from foreign threats; being murdered on their own streets by illegal immigrant predators.

California defaults in its most basic responsibility: protection. The State Department should begin issuing travel advisories about this dangerous, lawless place.

The local question is: are Chicago and Illinois next?
