Palatine Township doesn't need parliamentarian, just a mom
Palatine Township, I'll volunteer to be your referee so you don't have to waste money hiring a "parliamentarian." I can make sure your conversations remain civil and will "enforce decorum" since I've raised three kids and have children management skills.
If someone gets out of hand and refuses to be civil or continues with "personal attacks," I will send them to time out.
I have very good time management skills as I'm a contractor and must wrap up one job to be able to arrive in time for the next.
Better yet, reread that book of Robert's Rules and start using it.
