Let's call it a 'do-little' Congress

After nine months, what if anything have we learned about President Trump and the Republican-controlled Congress?

We have learned that the president is a thin-skinned, undisciplined braggart who will say something one day and then deny saying what he said the next day. This is unfortunate because some of his agenda is commendable and the stock market is setting record highs.

Now to the GOP-controlled Congress: It would be unfair to describe it as a do-nothing Congress, but fair to call it a do-little Congress that always seems to be in recess. Remember the promises to repeal "Obamacare" and replace it with a new and better health care plan, lower taxes for middle class and low income families and deal with the problem of illegal aliens? Making promises is easy but extremely difficult to keep as we are learning from the do-little Republican Congress.
