Not-so-sweet irony

The other day I purchased my "Premier Protein Drink" and was shocked that I was being charged a beverage tax of $1.32 on my 12-pack, similar to "Boost." This drink has ONLY 1 gram of sugar.

This is a product I'm sure the younger generation has no interest in consuming. Checking, Kellogg's Frosted Flakes has 12 grams of Sugar and Honey Wheat Puffs with 15 grams of sugar but no beverage tax. This kind of Idiotic thinking is as bad as the commercials show on TV. Time to vote these types of people out of office.
