Tearing down history, along with statues

Slavery was bad. Yes, but to deny or rewrite our history is also bad. When I saw the video of them bringing down the statue of Lee, my first thought was, we have come full circle.

Are we communists? This is what they do and now we do the same thing. Are we following their lead?

What comes next. Bring all the preschool kids to the library on Saturday for a book burning. We are going to burn all the books that relate to the Civil War. Next we move to Washington and smash the memorials of those men that founded our country and yes, some were slave owners, but they didn't have the political correctness handbook. And lastly burn their writings starting with the Constitution.

Thousands of men who loved America died, many of them following Lee, but they were no less Americans. Is it not a disservice to those men? Did they die in vain? Now the cities are tearing statues of them down at night, just like when they arrested people in Germany and in Russia.

Yes, we have come full circle. I have one last question. Of all the countries that did not have slavery, the good guys, how many successful million dollar black men or women have they produced compared to America?
