Wheeling should rethink street honor
Village of Wheeling ... let me get this right. We're naming an honorary street after someone who misused our money, used our vehicle and couldn't pay his water bill on time? Why? Because of all the good things he's done for the community? So very wrong. Please rethink this very bad decision.
