Lee & Associates welcomes real estate professional

ROSEMONT - The commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates of Illinois has added Grant Bollman to its office team. In his new position, Bollman will work alongside Ryan Freed and Tony Russo and focus on the I-88/East-West Corridor, as well as I-90 and the Northwest suburbs.

Bollman will specialize in office space tenant representation and investment acquisition and disposition of office properties. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Bollman worked as a senior associate at Cawley Chicago; his primary focus was to start and grow the office space tenant representation practice by procuring and executing tenant advisory transactions in the East-West Corridor.

Previously, Bollman worked as an associate at Savills. He earned a bachelor's degree in business and economics from Wheaton College.

Lee & Associates is a commercial real estate brokerage, management and appraisal services firm established in 1979.
