CEO Unplugged to feature executive from JPMorgan Chase

Leslie Maloney, executive with JPMorgan Chase, will discuss how she defines her leadership style at the next Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce series, CEO Unplugged, sponsored by the Grand Victoria Casino.

The luncheon will be held Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Grand Victoria Casino pavilion, 250 S. Grove in the Fox River Room on the second floor at 11:30 a.m. for registration with buffet luncheon at 11:45 a.m. Questions and networking to follow.

Maloney serves as the lead executive at the Chase Call Center in Elgin, one of Elgin's top ten employers and is the executive director for Credit Bureau Operations. In this role, she leads a team of over 450 domestic and international employees responsible for furnishing data to the Credit Bureaus and responding to consumer credit bureau disputes.

She is also the site leader for the Elgin site, working closely with other business leaders on mobility, talent development, community involvement, real estate strategy, business resiliency and security at the local level. The Elgin site currently employees 2,300 people.

Maloney joined Chase in 1995 and has over 23 years of experience managing complex Operations functions. Before joining Consumer Plastics Fraud in 2012, Leslie held several leadership roles in Commercial Card Operations, responsible for a variety of functions including payment processing, new client implementations, collections, new account processing, AML/KYC and fraud prevention. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois.

Maloney is a native of Elgin and currently resides in St. Charles with her family. She is active in service to her community and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce and Elgin Community College Foundation.
