Chamberlain Group appoints new president and COO

OAK BROOK - Chamberlain Group, an access control solutions firm in the smart home integration market, said Jeff Meredith will serve as president and chief operating officer.

With more than 20 years of experience in developing new markets, leading high-impact product marketing and delivery programs, Meredith joins CGI from Lenovo where he most recently served as GM & SVP, Consumer Business Group.

As president and COO, he will lead CGI's North America lines of business, customer experience, marketing and sales groups. The Oak Brook company is owned by The Duchossois Group.

"Jeff has a background in product strategy, partnership development and transformation leadership. His expertise in technology and the IoT environment will enable him to guide CGI as we deliver new solutions to our customers," said JoAnna Sohovich, Chamberlain Group CEO.

During his tenure at Lenovo, Jeff was adept at identifying and driving strategic partnerships, navigating competitive challenges, and creating innovative and results-producing products. "At CGI we are committed to delivering best in class products and services to our customers and we are confident Jeff's vision and leadership will ensure the customer experience is the priority," said Bob Markwart Chief Customer Officer, Chamberlain Group.
