Missner Group chosen to renovate Castle Ford headquarters

The Missner Group in Des Plaines said it was selected for a renovation project at Castle Ford headquarters at 1 Tower Lane in Oakbrook Terrace.

The remodel will consist of modifications to the tenant spaces, in addition to upgrades to the building's common areas.

The interior renovation will include the addition of employee offices, training rooms, reception areas, conferencing facilities, as well as an employee lounge and dining space. Additionally, The Missner Group will install all new cabinetry, ceiling grids, lighting and fan fixtures, and VCT flooring throughout the space. New HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems will be incorporated to accommodate the new office layout.

"Having recently completed the construction of our new headquarters, our team understands the key components to constructing an office space that promotes efficiency and emphasizes a strong organizational culture," says Glen Missner, president of The Missner Group. "We look forward to delivering a highly functional workspace to the Castle Ford team on-time and within their established budget."

Ron Cinkus, senior project manager of The Missner Group, will lead the construction efforts on behalf of the firm, with Scott Nomellini serving as project superintendent. R. Vari & Associates will provide the architectural services. Construction is set to be complete summer 2018.
