The suburban office park, low-rise, winner is Naperville Woods Office Center in Naperville. The management company is NAI Hiffman and owner is Agellan Commercial REIT.
And Windy Point II in Schaumburg is the winner of the 250,000 - 499,999 square foot category. Bridge Commercial Real Estate LLC is the management company and owner.
