Sikich advises No Magic in acquisition agreement

No Magic, a global provider of systems modeling, simulation and analysis solutions and services, has signed an agreement to be acquired by Dassault Systèmes, a world leader in 3-D design and engineering software.

Naperville-based Sikich Investment Banking served as the exclusive sell-side adviser for No Magic.

"No Magic's award-winning software used across multiple industries to model complex systems is transformative," said Kurt Estes, director at Sikich Investment Banking and leader of the group's work in the technology industry. "The company's software facilitates the design and implementation of complex engineering systems, decreasing the time and investment necessary to bring products to market. No Magic will fit seamlessly within Dassault Systèmes and expand its capabilities and offerings."

Sikich Investment Banking offers mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory services. The team has deep experience across many industries, particularly technology, manufacturing and distribution, health care and life sciences and business and professional services.

Headquartered in Allen, Texas, with facilities in Europe and Asia, No Magic offers a wide range of software solutions for model-based systems engineering, enterprise architecture, semantic modeling and interoperability.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.
