ML Realty names new CEO

ML Realty Partners in Itasca announced two key promotions.

The board of directors appointed Ryan Hesch as president and CEO. He has also been elected to the board of directors of ML Realty Partners. Hesch is being promoted from his current position of senior vice president. Hesch joined ML Realty Partners 14 years ago and has been consistently promoted to various positions during his tenure. Mike Luecht, the founding and current CEO, will work carefully with Hesch on a well-planned transition process. Luecht, who is retiring, will remain on the board of directors going forward.

"In 2001, when the company was founded, the goal was to become a respected and successful real estate operating company who had their clients and their investors best interests driving the company every day," Luecht said. "Our leadership team over the years accomplished that for sure as ML Realty Partners has become one of the leading investors and developers of industrial real estate. With Ryan and the rest of the leadership team taking the company forward from here, that same core commitment will be there as well as the continued passion for more growth."

Additionally, Nancy Kozinski has been appointed by the board as chief operating officer. Kozinski will oversee the operations of the company, which now has more than $1.0 billion in assets, and has also been elected to the board.

"Nancy has done an exceptional job over the years overseeing our assets," Luecht said, "and this is a natural expansion of her responsibilities." Kozinski joined ML Realty Partners 10 years ago and has been a critical part of ML Realty Partners' success.

ML Realty Partners is a long-term investor and developer of industrial real estate. The company is headquartered in Itasca, and has an additional office in Dallas, Texas.
