Atkore International acquires Flexicon Limited

HARVEY - Atkore International Group has acquired Flexicon Limited, a leading global manufacturer of metallic and nonmetallic flexible cable protection systems.

Terms of the sale are undisclosed.

Headquartered in Birmingham, England. Flexicon's products carry many international and market product approvals and serves the industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors in more than 55 countries.

Flexicon Founder Adrian Poulton said the company will provide flexible and liquid-tight conduit solutions that "is recognized and valued as a strong contributor toward providing Atkore customers with quality, delivery and valued solutions."

Under the leadership of Managing Director Duncan McKinlay, Flexicon has developed an extensive range of industry and customer approved products.
