Kzirian to lead new Meridian Compensation Partners office
Meridian Compensation Partners, a Lake Forest-based executive compensation and corporate governance consulting firm, announced Jim Kzirian recently joined the organization to lead its new Philadelphia office.
Kzirian has been consulting in executive compensation for over 15 years, most recently at Willis Towers Watson in the Executive Compensation Practice. His areas of expertise include aligning compensation programs with business and strategic objectives, assessing pay and financial performance relationships, designing incentive plan mechanics, reviewing competitive pay practices and policies, and analyzing the impact of emerging pay and regulatory trends.
Kzirian received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
