Chicago police seize $1 million worth of marijuana

CHICAGO (AP) - Three men have been arrested on felony drug charges after police seized more than $1 million worth of marijuana during raids of a condominium in Chicago and a home in a nearby suburb.

Brothers Ruben and Sergio Estrada and Saul Garcia each were taken into custody on Monday and appeared in court on Tuesday where a judge ordered each of them held on $100,000 bail.

Police found more than 200 pounds of marijuana that they allege was delivered to the Estrada brothers by Garcia. It was not immediately clear if Garcia has retained an attorney. The Chicago Tribune reports that attorney Jonathan Brayman, who represents the Estrada brothers, says they were simply present at the home in Berwyn when the marijuana was delivered there.
