Grains mixed and livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept. delivery rose .2 cent at $5.7220 bushel; Sept. corn was down .8 cent at $3.7020 a bushel; Sept. oats rose 6.4 cents at $2.604 bushel while Aug. soybeans gained 14 cents at 8.8900 a bushel.

Beef and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Aug. live cattle was down .15 cent at $1.1030 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle fell 1.33 cents at $1.5087 a pound; Aug. lean hogs dropped 1.4 cents at .5660 a pound.
