Grains mostly higher and livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were higher Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery fell 6.80 cents at $4.8860 a bushel; Jul corn was up 2 cents at $3.5760 a bushel; July oats rose .60 cent at $2.42 a bushel while July soybeans gained 6.60 cents at $8.91 a bushel.

Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell .55 cent at $1.0810 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle was off .02 cent at $1.4848 a pound; July lean hogs lost .40 cent at .7962 a pound.
