Police: 3 fatally shot at Bloomington apartment building

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (AP) - Bloomington, Illinois police is reporting three people are dead and a fourth was wounded in a shooting at an apartment building in the city.
Bloomington police spokesman Elias Mendiola says officers arrived at a chaotic scene at the apartment building on Riley Drive on Monday afternoon. He didn't say where in the building the victims were found.
Mendiola didn't identify the victims nor did he describe the type of injuries they suffered. He said no arrests have been made.
The latest incident brings to eight the number of homicides in Bloomington this year.
