Arkansas to play spring game in Little Rock

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas will play its annual spring football game in Little Rock.

The Red-White game will be played on April 7 in War Memorial Stadium, where the Razorbacks play one regular season game each year. Razorback Stadium, Arkansas' home in Fayetteville, is under construction and scheduled to be completed to open the 2018 season.

Arkansas is also scheduled to host Mississippi in Little Rock on Oct. 13.

The Razorbacks were 4-8 last season under former coach Bret Bielema, who was fired after the season ended. New coach Chad Morris was hired away from SMU in December, and the spring game will be the first look at Arkansas under his watch.
