Winter weather advisory for most of Indiana through Monday

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - A storm system is expected to bring more snow to most of Indiana as it pushes across the state ahead of another blast of frigid air.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory from late Sunday through Monday afternoon for all but Indiana's far southwestern counties.

The storm is expected to drop between 1 and 3 inches of new snow across much of the state, with up to four inches possible in northern Indiana.

Motorists are use caution while driving Monday and to slow down on slick, snow-covered roads.

Bitterly cold temperatures in the single digits will follow Monday night. Wind chills will fall to 10 to 20 degrees below zero (minus 23 to minus 28 Celsius) at times during Monday night and Tuesday morning.
